Wei once studied in Japan, during which he deeply researched Japanese traditional architecture and studied Japanese architectural culture and inheritance. After returning to his homeplace Shanghai, he worked in a top Japanese architectural design firm. He has participated in the design of many large-scale mixed-use projects and coordinated with the headquarters at different phases of the project. Wei believes that the architecture industry is diversified and requires teamwork and cooperation. In order to deliver the team's professional ability to a higher level, Wei keeps exploring. He joined AICO SH in 2020 and is committed to team development, project management and market operation to achieve the same goal with clients.
