Tong holds a master's degree from Tongji University and an engineer's degree from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. He has worked in East China Architectural Design and Research Institute, egis group of France and CSCEC Algeria in the field of architectural design management. He joined AICO SH in 2020, responsible for market development, team development and operation management. Tong loves traveling. He has visited more than 30 countries and immersed himself in the beauty of different cultures and architecture during his travels.
